Engineered Technical Sales

Responsibilities

Work directly with sales representatives, contractors, engineers and owners on providing in office product support, site visit product support, equipment selections and sales assistance for Healthcare and Cleanroom applications. Answering e-mails and phone calls regarding technical assistance on products and building layouts. Training customers in our technical centers, or by traveling throughout our distribution network. Assisting in development of marketing literature and sales tools. Assisting the R&D department with new product development. Traveling within North America.

Qualifications

Ideally have a basic understanding of HVAC, mechanical systems and the healthcare industry would be an asset.

Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, with an eye for detail. Self-driven with the ability to take the initiative. Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education (Or Equivalent): A College Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
