Field Support Specialist

Price Industries is seeking a Field Support Specialist in Suwannee, GA to provide after-sale support to customers via daily incoming requests (Phone, Email, Teams)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel to jobsites within North America up to 25% per month

• Diagnose & troubleshoot field issues

• Work with sales representatives and various internal departments on resolving product quality issues

• Engage in on-site product testing and performing minor repairs (as needed)

• Assist with installation and/or commissioning of systems which use Price products

• Participate in visits with sales representatives and their customers (either at PRCN, other Price Facilities, or in the field, as required)

• Perform presentations & webinars to train and prepare customers for installation of Price products

• Work on projects which help streamline processes within the Field Support Department

QUALIFICATIONS

• An understanding of basic mechanical engineering principles, and ability to read engineering / architectural drawings

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CAD software

Previous experience in customer service and technical support would be considered an asset

Previous experience in sheet metal manufacturing and HVAC industry would be considered an asset.

Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Ability to travel within North America

Technically inclined, energetic, productive, and can handle multiple priorities in a timely fashion with a high level of accuracy.
