Benefits Manager
Price Industries Inc. is on the search for a Benefits Manager for our growing US office and manufacturing facility located Suwanee, GA. You will lead benefits for a manufacturing company with a workforce of over 1,700 employees, including both salaried and hourly staff. We are committed to providing exceptional benefits and support to our employees through a shared service environment.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing benefits programs within the manufacturing sector, catering to both salaried and hourly employees. This role will be responsible for overseeing the administration, communication, and compliance of our benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Benefits Administration: Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks.

Compliance: Ensure all benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits options and changes.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with benefits providers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Data Analysis: Analyze benefits data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits, resolving any issues or concerns.

Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of benefits policies and procedures.

Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in benefits management.

Experience working with both salaried and hourly employees in a diverse work population.

Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
