Human Resources Intern

Price Industries Inc. is on the search for an Intern - Human Resources Administrator for our growing US office and manufacturing facility located in Winder, GA. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to assist with various HR-related tasks. This position is 20-25 hours per week and able to acomodate up to 40 hours per week depending on the interns schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the creation and enhancement of PowerPoint presentations.

• Support the HR team in conducting new hire onboarding processes.

• Answer basic employee questions and provide general HR support.

• Participate in recruiting efforts for hourly positions.

• Learn and assist with FMLA, LOA, benefits administration, and other HR functions.

• Engage in public speaking opportunities as needed.

• Travel to another facility 1-2x per week about 15-20 minutes from Winder plant.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

• Strong communication skills, including public speaking.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
